Momentum is our pride and joy, born from a place of uncertainty. We ventured into uncharted territory with no prior experience in app development. Momentum was conceived by our creative lead Mono and his partner, a couple who struggled to find the right match on existing dating apps. Mono, who had never designed an app before, had a vision and meticulously crafted the entire app from scratch. We were captivated by his idea and his unwavering dedication. Not only did we finance it, but we also committed to bringing it to life together. Because those who dare to try are the ones who succeed.
With Momentum, we aimed to offer the dating app market a stripped-down, fresh concept. Mono, our creative lead, had the idea, and our team developed a new user experience with curated, verified users.
Momentum has a unique dark and mystique look. It’s something you might feel hesitant to use at first but soon become proud to be a part of, feeling comfortable among like-minded users.
Momentum promotes a positive, educational message: it’s okay to be sexually open. No one should feel stigmatized. We welcome individuals and couples who are curious to join.
In 3 months, we tested several prototypes and design approaches. After 350 hours of design, we created a simple yet feature-rich structure that surprises users with its ease.
We handled development personally, finding partners who loved the project as much as we did, giving it their all.
We crafted the campaign language to be informative yet provocative, using teasing comics on posters to grab attention and convey our message.
We managed the ad operations for Momentum. Our mix of OOH and social media campaigns gave the local Berlin launch a personal and provocative touch.
